Step 2: Escalation to our Principal Firm
As Facile Finance Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Instant Business Manager Ltd, any complaints regarding regulated credit activities will be handled by their specialist compliance team. You can contact them directly at:

Step 3: Financial Ombudsman Service If you remain dissatisfied with our final response, you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This is a free and independent service.
